Absolutely fantastic attorney! Neil and his team have done an absolutely phenomenal job against my slumlord over the last almost year! They are ALWAYS available to answer questions, return phone calls promptly and professionally and they are the absolute worst nightmare for bad landlords! Mine tried to include that it was the tenants responsibility to make repairs to HIS property and Neil has been the best at shutting him down and forcing him to make repairs for the uninhabitable mobile home. Mine is the ONLY trailer that gets repairs completed because the slumlord already knows I’m not going to argue with him, I WILL however screenshot the conversation and send it to Neil for him to address it. I am NOT a afán of attorneys and Ive had some really bad experiences with using other attorneys, so when I HIGHLY recommend one take it straight to the bank and cash that check! Absolute BEST decision I have ever made in my life was answering his ad on Facebook and giving him the details and then hiring him! I have told everyone in the MH park to reach out to him AND anytime I hear a stranger in public talking about a bad landlord i immediately offer Neil’s contact information. If you are dealing with a bad landlord/slumlord the Best thing you can do is to contact Neil at Apex! He will take care of you and you will NOT be disappointed! He’s worth 10x’s what he charges but he understands money is extremely tight for the majority of us in these situations so he keeps his rates low! I cannot recommend him enough! Phenomenal law firm!
